Dear Pilot Portal Users,

Due to technical reasons, we have had to significantly limit the use of the Pilot Portal for flight plan submission since spring.
When the issue first arose, we hoped for a quick solution. Unfortunately, the complexity of the development has caused delays, and the solution is taking longer than expected. According to the current prognosis, we aim to reopen the Pilot Portal for use by the end of 2025.

We understand the inconvenience this situation may cause — the Pilot Portal is also an important tool for the Briefing Office.
Please rest assured that we are doing our utmost to resolve the issue in cooperation with the developer within the planned timeframe.

Alternative methods for submitting a flight plan:

• FPL proposal form on the AIM homepage: https://aim.eans.ee/en/aim/forms/fpl
  (The flight plan will be processed after telephone confirmation at +372 671 0241)
• By telephone: +372 671 0241 (ARO)
• External applications: ForeFlight, SkyDemon, Garmin, etc.
